That would be the strap. Note the no face, hands, etc. Though there is a person who is our euphonium section leader for Carolina Reg., who's got an abnormally small head.

That still doesn't explain the small size of the hat, unless it's like a fez.

I shall consider it for the 06 season, for we are considering an Arabian themed show. As for now, we are trying to find an art director better than me.
