In order to protect the staff and moderators of Drumlines.org, I have put together the following rights of publication contract for any work concieved of, collected, assembled and/or published under the authority of Drumlines.org.
Anyone who submits whole works or parts of a whole work as a whole or part of any work to be published by Drumlines.org to the staff of Drumlines.org or the organiser(s) of any work to be collected, assembled, and/or published by Drumlines.org has read and agrees to the following (In other words, you agree to the following if you submit something):
1) The following rights are given to the Staff of Drumlines.org (at the time of assembling and/or first publication of the work(s)) and organizing members:
The right to edit, modify, and/or delete any part of a submitted work (whether partial or whole work) at their discretion. The right to publish and/or disseminate the work(s) (or any part of it) on any fixed medium including but not limited to: paper, audio or computer data tapes, audio or visual data on any form of electronic data storage device, other types of physical mediums; without prior notification to the author(s) of said works. The rights, privileges and/or modifications included in any change of this policy upon the author(s)'s notification of and agreement to the revised policy. No work or part of any work will be published for profit by Drumlines.org or any of its staff and/or members without the consent of the original author and/or the owner of the copyright for that work.
2)The following are the rights of anyone who submits their original work or a part of any work to Drumlines.org or any organizing members:
The copyright(s) to any and all original work submitted. The right to abstain from agreeing to any changes in this policy at a later date. Any additional rights discussed and agreed upon by both the staff of Drumlines.org and the original author of the work. Any rights included in modifications and/or additions to this policy upon the reception and agreement to the revised version of this policy. [/list]

Lol yea here kev, heres a cookie for you!! *dangles cookie laced with rat poison in front of Kev's face* MMMmmmm it smells really good, why dont ya try a bite... Muahahaha.... Anyway, credit will be given to Drumlines.org, but thats different from copyright <img src="/threads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />. Of course, anyone who has some of their stuff in whatever will also have their name somewhere in the file published.
