L Town Drummer you are correct. You can tell by the slings on the drums. I remember that commercial from when I was a kid. You could tell it was back east somewhere because of the look of the buildings.

Ok. Other than the Garfield Cadets, there have been 3 corps who won 3 titles in a row (that is, if you count the years (96-99) that Mandarins got the Div III title four years in a row). I need the names of the other two corps, the years, and their divisions.

Hint: Neither of the two corps were in Div. I when they won these titles.

I'm not answering, but off the top of my head, there is one you're forgetting that is Div I.

Cavaliers 2000, 2001, 2002

Well, 2000 was a tie, so I didn't count that one.

Okay, so the question is:

Other than the Garfield Cadets, there are two corps (neither in Division I at the time of their championships) who won three consecutive, non-tied titles (without continuing on to win a fourth title). Name these two corps.

I still don't know the answer, but that should make it clearer what you were asking.
