The other thread was finally closed after a long time and lots of knowledge shared, so I'm bringing it back. Just to get things rolling again, here's an easy one. What standard battery instrument was not marched by either of the #1 corps in 2000? (If you don't know who they are, I pity you.)

I know it was Boy Scout Troop III until they got a sponsorship from an American Legion. I don't know the founder.
