I actually know several graduated members of this drumline, and the head tech at this high school is a pretty close friend of mine.
He may be willing to give out the arrangement/composition, but I somewhat doubt it, at least not for free. If you'd like for me to get any purchasing information from him, I can do that.
However, I would suggest just taking the initiative of writing your own. If you write your own fast-paced groove with a lot of emphasis on the downbeats, then you can easily form it into a cadence to do suicides to. Yeah, I understand you're not a percussionist, but there's nothing wrong with expanding your horizons and learning how to, or ask one of your percussionists to do it, even.
By the way, asking for music on this forum is typically frowned upon, just a heads up.
Happy (brass) suicides!

EDIT:
You know, now that I mention it, after watching the video a second time, I realized that I was actually there while it was recorded. You can see some of the other Georgia State University drumline members in the back wearing their shirts and then the ridiculous blue hats. Anywho, not that any of this was relevant, I just thought I'd throw it out there.
DOUBLE EDIT LIKE A FREAKING NINJA:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcnpoAv6FbI&feature=relatedAfter doing some more research, I've come to find out that this isn't an original cadence by the friend that teaches over at Roswell, but is actually pretty well-known. Do some searching on CSU's site, you might find something useful there.
