Last Year,
Genesis ran on a strict $25,000 dollar budget. Most world groups run between $40,000 and $50,000, depending on all kinds things like staff pay where they are from in the country, endorsement deals and that kind of stuff. The IRS has some strict rules about how you file taxes if you go over and receive more than $25,000 annually for more than 3 years running. You must able to prove every dollar that you have received and spent if asked. So keep all of your records straight.
As far as contracts go, Our contract lays out specifically what their dues will cover and what it will not cover and what the dues will be for the season It also has the payment schedule and the penalties for late payments and the consequences for that. The contract also explains what they can expect from us as well as what we expect from them and the consequences of each. Along with the contract each member is given a copy of the handbook and operating manual since they are technically members. They are technically entitled to see how the organization is run. We have a catchall phrase at the end of the contract that says the by signing the agreement they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the contract and the member handbook and operation manual.
If you want to take a look at that operation manual, email me at gsperlbaumsnugglebunnyªtownsgmail.com
