No idea, the description says he took that video in Edinburgh, Scotland. It be cool to see that done with a drum corps. From the video it didn't look too much like a corps style line.
The Blue Devils caption head said he envisions a day when the snares use jet packs to fly up in front of the press box and lay down a sick lick. He pretty much said that word for word in an educational video for Evans.
