For those of you in High School, how many musical groups/activities/clubs/classes are you in? I'm just curious as to what everyone else does. (For those not in High School, you can list what you did do in High School haha.) List yours.

Marching Band (class)
Jazz Band (class)
Percussion (class)
Winterline (activity I guess you can say?)

I am somewhat of a legend around the band room this year, five of my six classes are music-related.

I am taking:
-Instrument Tech (Drumline Class during marching season, practice time otherwise)
-Concert Band Class
-Symphonic Band Class
-AP Music Theory
-Guitar I

Also:
-Jazz Band (after school)
-Tallahassee Winds (local adult community band, once a week)

Holy crap Drumlinehoss. How do you take Math or English or whatever? Are those even required?

On topic.. I take a "technique class" which is basically just teaching tone quality and junk to the winds. We play basic concert band music literature.

I'm also in a marching band/concert band class. 1st semester = marching, 2nd semester = concert.

Well, we aren't cool enough to have a drumline class, but here's what i've got.

We don't have a Winterline either. *sigh* I used to be in the Symphonic Band (like the honors marching/concert band class), but it didn't fit in my schedule this year. Dropped it for Honors Physics. And yes my list is fairly short. But if we opened this to general school involvement i'd have a much longer list. :-)
