You go into a show pretty much knowing what you're going to expect. I don't work with STRYKE anymore...unless you call "consulting" a title, which, I haven't even needed to say much. So I was a fan at the show. Sitting in the stands watching the performances as a fan.

I was able to catch the PIA, PSO, PIO, and PIW.

PIA- Marcato.
It's good to see new groups coming out and making their names known. Their show named Axis was well executed and had a lot of energy. Obvious issues here and there, as with EVERY line at the show.

PIA- Aquarius.
For my first read of them this season..WOW. So much stronger than last years line. Probably my favorite group of the night (not counting STRYKE of course lol). I see them making a finals push this year in Dayton!

PSO - Cypress Bay.
Show is called "Are you there?" i think. Very much like Rhythm X's "Gone" Show...where the uniform backs blend into the background. Very well executed and the performers have amazing intensity and stage presence. I'd remove the scoops from the snareline, and use outdoor bass mallets for the bassline but other than that I enjoyed the performance.

PIO- STRYKE
STRYKE opens up their show with a When you Wish upon a Star battery Ram that pretty much kicks you in your groin. The battery is SICK and the show is intense. The uniforms look great and they perform the hell out of their show. I wish i was still working with them. I'm missing a good year.

PIW- INFINITY
Their Clock-themed show was my girlfriends favorite show of the night. What can you expect from a world class line...very strong all around and a very well put together show.

so a lot of mid 80's being thrown around out there. interesting.Every single group is sitting between 82ish and 92ish. Here's looking forward to a crazy finals.
