Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing DB04, it's hot. But having played it, and studied it, I have a few beefs, such as the snare part being really right-hand heavy, and the tenor part being really left-hand heavy, and there are only a few parts that I can really conceive of as a double-beat workout...regardless, tight piece, love it, makes me wanna shake it. I just tend to like this new version a bit more, and I'll definitely be investing when it comes out on Tapspace (you know it will).

I know at my school tenor music is left hand heavy, in general our arranger gives drum three no love and snare music has been right hand heavy here too. Not that I agree with unevenly developed hands but that may be the reasoning behind it.
