The only thing I dislike about it is the fact that the wrap is starting to wrinkle.

Dynasty's Warranty paper says that it has one covered. Do you think I should send it to get re-wrapped? If possible?

If you just received it and it already has a flaw that's covered by a warranty I would definitely send it back.

In my experience, Dynasty is really good w/ that stuff, they may just send you a brand new drum. That is really nice looking, what color is it?

I doubt they'll send me a brand new corps drum. It was used by Phantom Regiment. 2008, of course.
