Coming to the field for the first time this year, I introduce The Snowbirds Drum and Bugle Corps. I can't promise we'll be good or entertaining. But we'll show up.

This will be old school drumcorps. No wussy dancing. No smiling color guards. This is serious business. We may end up seriously bad. But we will be serious. Except the dude in the giant Pufnstuf suit. Although we may have the guard kill him during the finale. Seriously.

Thanks a bunch. Not off to a great start but maybe we'll get better down the road. It IS our first year. We're just getting our feet wet.

Boy, we are really sucking to this point. I've made a couple of changes. I knew that Ouija board would come in handy one of these days.

While watching some old DCI videos, it occurred to me that if we have all of our flags actually go up and down at the same time, it looks pretty neat. The girls are gonna be upset though. They don't like to sweat and this means more practice.

This scoring is just wacky. We are normally in the very bottom of the pack but at one show we jumped almost 2 points and got our first, and most likely only, bronze medal. Next show, back to normal. I have no clue.

So weird. We've won the Mus Brass caption the last two shows but finished last or almost last in Mus GE. Doesn't make much sense but oh well. I've got a wacky little corps.
