And if he does, he does. If he doesn't, he doesn't. And this affects me how? I mean, the usual manufacturers will still have the usual products on the market. Since I have my own opinions on gear, I really don't care who's endorsing whom.

Bill, Go easy on the little kids! The "Vega" tenor stick is not a Sean Vega stick. It's Scott Johnson's stick. Calling it the "Vega" tenor stick was a nice gesture that Scott made to Sean, but Sean never had a signature stick. Now that Sean and many of the other BD cats are with PMark, Sean may finally get his due (i.e. the $$$$) Scott is a VF guy and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Having said all of that, I hate Scott's stick (LOL - sorry Scott) Nothing can beat a really great pair of Ralphs... hands down.

NO! It has already happened where Johnson is now endorsing Pro Mark through System Blue and Vic Firth will keep his original stick and rename it like MS5 and MS6. Cassellas` old stick is the MS3 since he now endorses Innovatice Percussion products, Delucias old stick is now the MS4. So Vic Firth will keep the stick and rename it! They will also keep the Vegas and it will have a new name. I have some Innovative FS 2`s and they are the old Colin McNutt sticks so you see a trend with sticks and endorsers!

I found that the old Scott Johnson Vic Firth model are more like the new Pro Mark DC 50 and the new DC 17 is a new stick not like any other stick I`ve used. Mine are also warped so maybe try the DC 50 that is what the BD`s were using the last couple of seasons.
