If you think about it, every sport in the Olympics is equally hard because the competitors are taking their respective sports to the furthest extreme. I agree, some sports may look more physically demanding and thus, harder, but even those that aren't as demanding require a lot of training. Also, it depends on what your definition of hard is. Do you mean physically demanding? Because when you compare table tennis to say, the decathlon....they just don't seem on the same level.
