okay so I just got one from my budddy, One thing I noticed is that it seems a little odd connecting the snare to the stand because all you do is clip it in and it just hangs on the stand. I think that I may be missing some attachment or may have the wrong adapter?

Andy suggestions?

I use a 13" Pearl FFX too by the way.

I don't own one, but I've seen quite a few and I'm pretty sure that it just clips on at the top and hangs there.

What would you expect it to have additional? On the carrier, the drum just hangs there also.

It seems like that the think you hook it onto should have some kind of attachment that goes inside of it, But I guess it doesnt.

My drumline just got some 2 1/2 week old drums from beatrix drum corps but we didn't get stands. Which sucks, because our Dynasty Stands have the drums just sit their for the snares and basses but the tenors use j-bars and what sucks is the j-bars for Dynasty's are bigger, so the won't work, which sucks. Sorry your thread just reminded me of this.

Yeah my school has them. You just take the drum off the carrier and hang it off of the stadium hardware.
