*okay, done with sarcasm*
Uhm, JOSH, you need to attach your picture or something because it didn't load.

BTW, can I get one of the pro's in here to check out my left-hand technique (above) please?

Now it is...check it again.

For you CHS: I think I can speak for most of us by saying, I can't even hardly see all the fingers on your left hand to comment on it. Turn a light on, and then take another pic.

aaron: I am afraid that I will agree with drumdum on this one. That is rather bad there, but it isn't your fault though, you don't really have a quality person over where you're at so you didn't know any better.

Well, I don't think there's any "right" or "wrong" kind of technique, it just comes down to what you're comfortable and flexible with, and what other people "prefer".

Attached is a pic of my technique. My hands are kinda smallish, and you can see my stick of choice. <img src="/threads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> What do you guys think?

I just checked out the site drumdum mentioned and it great. It shows you exactly what to do to make your left hand technique great...and I can say after seeing that pic that my instructor knew what he was doing because that is what my grip looks like...woohoo

I am at work or I would snap a pic...maybe later.

Sigh, let me explain something to you guys. You can't just show a picture of how you hold your left hand, and just say that is your technique. That isn't what I am talking about. I am talking about how your left hand plays, what kind of stroke you use, and all that other stuff. Come on, Like I said, no scrub post, and to define it, don't just post a picture of your left hand an just pass if off as "my left hand technique.
