I hope everyone is enjoying there season. Also congratulations to all corps for a great season so far. Though Vindaci had been doing well at the start of the season, major changes are in the making after recently being excluded in the medal runnings. After the director returned from break due to family emergency, he found his staff in feuds over teaching philosophies. He found there to be 'too many Chiefs and not enough Indians'. Immediately following, he released the snare tech stating that his demeaning approach to the members was unacceptable and that he was not welcome back. Being so upset, he also handed some mouthy vets bus tickets to their hometown and asked them to step out of the rehearsal arc. Six members in all were asked to leave the corps, one on the morning of his hometown show. The director stated from here that this was not the end of the story and that the next major change will be in Kalamazoo. The only statement he directly allowed quotes was this: "I am extremely disappointed with the staff and all changes will be made final by the end of the month. Though changes will be made late, I promise a show no one will ever forget under the lights at World Championships."
For the opening year, the corps has named the show, "Illuminations of a Musicians Mind, Body, and Soul"
