I actually did read the manual on this, but I didn't quite understand. When you pick your captions, how does that determine the grade? Right now, my grade is F. I don't necessarily want that (I know it's just a guide, but...) Any pointers on how I can raise it?

It calculates the score you would have recieved with those captions at finals last year. It then compares that to adjusted (by a percentage of the highest possible score from this year's captions) final scores from last year's DLOFDC fantasy corps. The higher you would have placed, the higher your grade. The lower you would have placed, the lower your grade.

Ah, thanks. That helps a bit. So does it change as the season progresses?

It's probably not how the corps will actually perform, I assume?

Once the season has begun, we will no longer display your grade, even if you make caption changes.
