The 2006 Prairie Fire Drum and Bugle Corps is holding their everydays in York Beach, ME starting this Saturday. The corps is doing well with a complete corps going into everydays. The drumline is already hearing wispers of being compared to the '93 Star of Indiana, '73 Anahiem Kingsmen, and '87 Garfield Cadets percussion sections. The horn line is trying to stay hungry, even though Wayne Downey has said, "they could be the greatest collection of horn players ever." All of the color guard members have just returned from a successful WGI indoor season, where our guard members were all gold medalists. They are having fun throwing blade sevens, blind-folded in our opening musical statement. We hope you all will attend our home show and see the gala spectacle that we call, "The Road Less Traveled."
