In an effort to make the DLOFDC more enjoyable and competitive, we have changed some of our policies and dates regarding caption picking and scheduling.

The last day to register a fantasy corps is now 01 June. The deadline for veteran directors has not changed.

Your last day to set up serious caption picks is 06 June. If 07 June arrives and you have not made serious captions picks for your fantasy corps, we will delete your fantasy corps. You may still freely change your picks as often as you like up until 16 June.

Your last day to set up a schedule (of at least 20 shows) is 06 June. If 07 June arrives and you have not picked at least 20 shows, we will delete your fantasy corps. We will lock schedule editing on 07 June.

We are implementing these changes because we do not want a repeat of last year's "skeleton" fantasy corps. Several directors registered fantasy corps last season, only to ignore them and not pick schedules and/or captions. This is unfair to the other directors who put in a lot of time in their fantasy corps and makes things a lot less competitive.
