Outlook:
FDC's 2005 co-champions are looking forward to the 2006 season. Looking to repeat, the Scandals have been working very hard.

Our primary sponsor this year, the Stonecutters, will be providing us with many benefits ranging from secret underground practice facilities to secret highway shortcuts that will allow us to travel much easier in our new caravan of buses. The Stonecutters have helped us purchase new travel vehicles for our 2006 season. Combined with the "winnings" the organization recieved from becoming champions, the Scandals will be able to travel in luxorious comfort. Two staff busses and 4 student busses were purchased.

The repertoire for the Scandals' 2006 field show Avant-Garde will contain excerpts from:

• Tubular Bells (Mike Oldfield)
• Medea (Béla Bartók)

The guard uniforms and flags will be designed by artist Peter Max. Timichael Gainebanks will be our visual caption head.

In other news...

The Scandals' staff has grown this year. As mentioned earlier, Peter Max is our Guard uniform designer and Timichael Gainebanks is our automated visual caption head genius. Yes, automated. Michael Gaines and Tim Fairbanks were briefly kidnapped and their creative minds were duplicated to create the ultimate, indestructable visual caption head robot. In addition to the visual duties to the corps, Gainebanks is a beast at washing dishes.

Sorry, The Scandals will not be touring with their personal Elvis impersonator this year.

Our staff has determined that our show might not have the momentum to still be on top when Finals arrive, so we have planned an entire new show. The show is done. It took only 5 hours, 37 minutes, some Red Bull, and a lot of nachos. We are uncertain at when we make the change, but we are certain that it will be successful. The members of the corps will learn everything in their sleep. Nothing like a good 'ol hypnotism to achieve perfection.

Until then, we will stay the course and get them terrorists... all 24 of them.

But Tim's god enough to do all that and march BD . . . he did it last year. Two buses at once should be no sweat.
