I think my most embarrassing moment was at our last game, of course I'm still a freshman so, I should have more embarrassing moments to come. Anyways, back to the story. It was the last game, and our Drum Captain decided we would "Casually go have an exchange of cadences". This was during third quarter of course, and 3 of our bass players had run off in search of food and relief in the nearest porcelain potty. He decides to just leave them behind and we head over to the opposing team's side. We go over and start up one cadence, and out of nowhere, right in the middle the three bass drummers come running across the track trying to get into it. (This is not the worst part of it) One of them trips, and takes a good minute to get up. This was a pretty embarrassing moment for our whole drumline.
Then after our third cadence, us cymbals were supposed to crash extremely loud. Right as I crash, a shard of my cymbal goes flying at the other drumline and bounces across one guy's quad's heads. We keep playing, and no one on our line noticed of course, but I surely know what happened and will not forget it.
Later that night, as we were marching out, someone noticed I had a good 2 inch or so shard missing from my cymbal, and everyone started asking me what happened to it.
I casually replied "Didn't you guys see? I was trying to take off that tenor's head!"

Well, this was my Sophomore year, last year, and I was on Vibes and my friend was on her vibes. We tend to giggle and mess around a lot. We were just in practice, thankfully. But drum captain was talking to the battery. Boring, right?. My Vibraphone partner and I were spinning our mallets. I'm pretty good, okay? Weellllllllll, I was twirling it. Then, my finger cramps (we were doing double mallets this year, and I wore my fingers out) And the fuzzy ol' mallet flings up in my eye. I kinda fall to the ground.. It was Painful! And drum captain, buttface man just.. gives me the evil eye. I couldn't play fpr the next 10 minutes, because I couldn't see out of my right eye. So my dearest, sweetest Vibes partner kept laughing at me.
