Oh wow...I feel dumb. The second picture of just the drumline, I thought everyone was facing forward...It took me a few seconds to realize, there is no face on anyone haha. Excuse me for sounding dumb, or rude, is this a show band style drumline? Where are the quads? Uni-sound bass drums? Again, sorry for sounding dumb. Just never really experienced show bands. Where I am from, its all competition.

We do have multi's (didn't have them in this parade) and unfortunately, neither my coutner part or I was included the purchasing of these drums... you know the saying "it was inhereted." But now since I got a budget, looking at picking up Mapex Drums: 5 HT snares, 4 six-packs (I mean tenors of course, 6,8,10,12,13,14), and 5 basses ( not the same size ones either). So i take it you feel my pain. We will be in competition, Right now currently our line is 5 snares, 4 multi's, 2 pit, 4 basses, and 2 cymbals. For our show music we got, Cumana, Incendio Espana, and few other pieces. The kids are gonna learn Vinx written by Micheal Allen, Ditty, and also Malaguena. The tough thing is our school is an Elementry to High School, and most of my line is middle schoolers and the 2 freshman. The great thing is all of them took music lessons ie... piano, guitar. This year is our refinement year, next year we will compete. The cost for us to travel is double or triple what most bands pay cause we have to fly and room and board aint cheap.
