Not sure about Cloutier, but that is Carnes. He was 3rd at I&E that year and won in '86.

Also, pretty sure the snare next to the quads is a young Paul Rennick.

It probably won't be long before what's old is new again. As soon as enough people forget what men actually look like in those short shorts. What's really funny is that as the shorts get shorter, the socks have to be higher. Every era has its own terrible fashion trends
