Positive aspects of the product (pros): size, power, rebound on a kevlar head
Cons: wood gets tore up easily

Great stick, play with like a hardimon on a pad and then these and you'll hear the power difference. Doesnt feel amazing on a pad but on a kevlar head it feels very nice

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great weight for chop-building, decent sound on Kevlar.
Cons: It can feel a little weird on pads

I personally use SLB's for practicing on my stock pad, and they're amazing for chop building, getting used to working a bit harder to get better quality, and to top it off they don't sound bad on the actual snare.

The downside of the SLB's is simply that because of the balance of the sticks, weight of the sticks, and just the nature of the pad: these have less rebound and feel a bit weirder overall to play with on a pad. This isn't a big deal though, because while they take a while to get used to; they will help you out in the long run.

I most certainly dig these sticks.

I love these sticks. The best I have ever tried. Great sound quality, rebound, response and articulation.
