Positive aspects of the product (pros): Bounce, balance, specs
Cons: Bead, Vibration

This is a good stick if you pack in as many notes as you can into a small space (The Cadets). Maybe I got a dead pair, but the drum sounds much lower and dryer with these sticks. If you want very little body and sharp snare sound, this is your stick. The vibrations don't feel so great from the bead, but the stick plays well. A good stick for very grindy snares, but not for me.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Light, Full sound, Fast, Red Color! and rebound
Cons: Maybe a little too light. Not good for tap/accent.

I really like these sticks. They are something different. You can play really fast, get good diddle, and play high. Playing low can be difficult and it's hard to get your tap/accent definition.

They give an amazing sound for how light they are, so I really like that. And you can play really fast, so with that full sound and a big stick, you can really deceive people.

They just have some control issues. But I would defiantly recommend them.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): heavy, stout feeling stick, nice color
Cons: tape would cover the cool look

I just bought a pair and really like them for warmup and practice. I don't think I'd take this stick on the field. They are quite heavy and feel longer than many sticks because of the balance point being more toward the tip. The maroon color and smooth finish is very nice.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Quick, good for smaller hands
Cons: Thin sound, might not be good for solo or 1-2 person snarelines

As the pros list. This is a very quick stick. It's nice for meaty passages and roll patterns due to the longer than most taper giving it the rebound needed to execute well. It's smaller than the traditional sticks such as the Hardimon so younger hands may be able to use them as a stepping stone while still learning rudimental snare.

The biggest gripe, as also said: the sound is thin. That's really from playing style (it's basically MADE for the Cadets style under Aungst and before) and also the bead with it's reverse teardrop design. I would not recommend this for a snare line of less than 3 people due to those reasons. 4 or more snares should get you the sound and quality you want from the line.

All in all, great stick.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great for clicking
Cons: Bad feel, bad sound, don't like the paint.

I give this stick a 5 out of 10. The thing is, it's not a terrible stick BUT, there are several great sticks on the market from each of the manufactures. Maybe, Vic was having issues a couple years ago when my line tried these but, I really didn't like the way they felt in my hand. More than anything, I couldn't stand the way they made our drums sound. The only benefit I found was the ability to click with all of the leftovers the following winter, after we'd switched.
