These are the types of harnesses that my line has. They are very comfortable and are easily adjustable. They are very light weigh because of the material they are made of (fiberglass).

I had my own personal one of these that i purchased when I was in HS. I absolutely loved it and thought it was the most comfortable harnes I have ever worn. However, if it doesnt fit you perfectly you cant really adjust it.
