Description: The RMP-1 Rhythm Coach Pack gives students a great new way to practice drumming in almost total silence, thanks to its mesh V-Practice Pad (RP-2) and Rhythm Coach (RM-2) sound module. With this affordable package, students can develop timing, speed and endurance while playing to an integrated metronome and choosing from a variety of drum sounds—making the Rhythm Coach great for home use or in schools.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Nice rebound, awesome module
Cons: a tad loud, very very annoying overtone

Overall, this pad is great. Just plug in some head phones and select a drum you want to hear yourself play on. You start to play and WAIT! You can't hear that marching snare sound you wanted to hear. The sound of the pad overpowers the built-in sounds the module has. You check the volume, and you see that it's alreasy up to max. Oh well.
Also, the pad itself has a very very annoying overtone...but 2 moongels fix it.

The rebound on the pad is amazing, due to the mesh head. It is also tunable so you can change the feel of it to your liking.

The module has many cool sounds, and has a built in metronome, so that's a plus.

If you have the money, I would recommend it. If not, get a realfeel.
