Description:
Revered by advance and professional players alike, these pads are for anyone looking to improve their chops.
Practicing on the Workout Pad is guaranteed to accelerate muscle development. Because of its super soft gel material the Workout Pad allows no free rebounds. To play fast rudiments on the Workout Pad means increased speed and endurance on the drum set.
The Workout Pad comes in two sizes; the 7-inch pad includes a base plate for convenient attachment to a practice stand. The 14-inch pad is specifically formulated to sit on top of an acoustic drum. Its durometer is engineered to compensate for drumhead flex. Workout Pads are library quiet.

Pros:
Soft, Can be attached to stand, Very Portable
Cons:
Extended Use Can Damage Chops or Give Pad Hands
The product is probably the best of it's kind. Many people say "go play on a pillow", well this pad offers a better soloution. The thick moongel provides next to no rebound factor. It's great to practice your double strokes or other rudiments on.
The only downside is that you must remember this is onlya workout pad. Too much use could cause very unwanted damage to your chops including tendonitus and pad hands (Pad hands happen after you jump on a drum but cant seem to control the sticks because you're so used to a pad feel).
Great pad to practice with, but not for long practice sessions.

Great for chop building, quiet

Cons:
Pad hands, wearing of chops, Pad becomes wrinkled with time
This pad is a great product. It forces you to work harder, and it builds great technique. Same feel as if you were playing on a pillow, but easy to carry around. The moongel slides out of the flexible rims sometimes, and after so many hours of practice, it becomes wrinkled giving it a slight rebound. Despite that, I would recomend this pad for any person that looking for a great buy.
