Description:
2 Cool Percussion Marching quad/tenor drum stand, that can work both on the ground as well as in the bleachers at a stadium. Works on most major brands. The hook leg moves up and down, down for flat on the ground and up for the bleacher, the hook leg, hooks onto the bleachers, so not tip over and the hook leg can also fold up for easy storage. The stand is height adjustable or - 15" inches, great for real tall and short players and is angle adjustable too for level playing. With this stand you can level the quad with easliy with the large tee on the back of the stand, and raise and lower the drum with twist of the tee handle. Custom made for either j-hook style or the new monopost style carriers. Check it out at http://www.2coolpercussion.com/index_010.htm or email ron@2coolpercussion.com or call 423-462-2059

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Sturdy, angle is infinitely adjustable, can save $ by buying only the top half of the stand.

Cons:
Heavy. Current list prices are higher than what I paid.

A high school I teach uses 2Cool tenor stands. We bought only the top half, to use with tripod bases we already owned. I have no complaints about the hardware. I like the tilter design since it's infinitely adjustable. I also have a Pearl stand with a geared tilter and it's sometimes hard to get the drums exactly level on the Pearl stand.
At the price we paid, I'm convinced I got the best possible hardware.
