Even though I just started using this version I find that this version is extremely easy to navigate. My favorite feature so far is the dynamic parts. It saves so much time.
I recommend thisversion to everyone. from the professional to the amatuer.

I wanted to update my review (now that I have been working with it for a few weeks). There is a little bit of an adjustment to this version of Sibelius. Some of the functions have moved, been renamed or both. At first it was a little frustrating, but after getting used to the changes I am finding that my work flow is much better. I still absolutely love the dynamic parts feature. I will warn you though, that you still need to look over the parts. (To may need to makeminor adjustments to things..for example, in the score the placement of a dynamic might look good, but in thepart it may need adjusting.)
This version has an online reference manual, that I think is great.
There have been reported "bugs" from other users, but I haven't experienced them yet. (It may be the way they are doing things ora problem with the program. But like most new versions of software, they will have updates that will fix these problems.)
I also use Finale but I have to admit with this new version of Sibelius I am finding that I use it more than I am using finale.

I have been a longtime Finale user and finally switched over to Sibelius when I bought a new Mac. Punching in scores is a lot faster with Sibelius than it was in finale, mostly because of the inituitive controls. Sibelius also makes much better printed scores than finale, I have never figured the exact reason why, but they have always looked "cleaner" IMHO.
